On most journeys, after I’ve been driving for around 3-4 minutes both of these warnings flash up. What do they mean and how do I fix it? It doesn’t always flash up but I would say it’s quite frequent.

This warning comes in humid conditions soon after starting the trip. The warning should go away after a while (depending on the ambient temperature), as soon as the heater element clears the condensed water blocking the camera view. If the warning comes only after a longer ride, an hour or so, the heater is probably broken (a common issue on a W213 and similar cameras).

Have you looked in manual as the message suggests?
