Quite a few threads touch on MB Warranty, Service and Service Plus contract and the occasional mention of 'other' policies.
As Warranty Direct seem to be the largest player and seem to offer the best package outside of MB, has anyone got experience of them? ie. Do they honour claims, few questions, or always seeking get-out clauses?
