Webhosting/domain problem

My firm has a small website and domain and linked e mail address with what was V21. Apparently I have one week to transfer it to someone else or they will transfer it to obit and charge me £88.

How do you transfer a website and domain. This area is right over my head so advice welcome.

I totally recommend them - my sites have been hosted by them for 3 years now and I can count the number of hours "lost" on one hand
