West London Meet

What time is kick off ?

I am working nights starting on friday , unlikely i would be there before 1 pm ...

We could make it anytime I guess - nothing formal, 1PM/2PM OK with people? :)

I likely won't be there - am picking the family up from the airport.

Enjoy it though, Bushy Park is lovely!

So who is definitely coming ?

I will be there - 13:00 is good for me!!!

The only caveat is that I get my car back from the garage - expecting it today or tomorrow though so shouldn't be a problem.

Where would we meet (landmark)?

Peter,

bring your gorgeous C43 I want to see it for real! :-)

Ditto, though in the W201 not the Aston as that's in bits now :o.

You must refrain from taking your car to bits to see how it works. :) See you there.

Where in the park is everyone meeting?

Just seen this thread....

Unfortunately have a prior engagement I can get on of :(.
Would have been good to meet up.

There is only one road through Bushy Park, one entrance by Hampton Court, and one in Teddington.

Near the Hampton Court entrance there is a roundabout, with a fountain in the middle, just off the roundabout is a car park.

Probably your best bet.

I may pass by, if the predicted thunderstorms stay away.

Guys, just spotted this thread, and would love to come along, unfortunately we have other plans.

Just a word of warning though, we took the kids cycling there last Sunday lunchtime, and it was absolutely heaving, nowhere to park, and lots of cars circling, and it was not even a nice day.

You might be better to go for the other car park which is less well known, and alway seems to be quieter. The one up near Bushy House.

Guys, is this still happening - as i am unsure if i will be able to make it by 1pm.

Well the thunderstorms have arrived early, so sorry guys I will not be there.
