What on earth is that? Bizarre ...

It is "nightrider in disguise"?

'the engine has been remapped to give it more horse power and talk'

Neil

Well I'm going to have to go opposite way and say that I actually like...

No sorry, can't get myself to even say it as a joke ffs

All that ... err ... exterior beauty, but couldn't spend a few extra doubloons replacing NTG2 Audio-20 and fitting sports pedals?

He's done a monumental amount of work and pulled it through. All lines appear to be good and it's a clean car. Cat D with frorntal damage so no CLK front bumper was hurt in the end (pun intended).

Back in the day Lorsinser did a 215 to 220 front end conversion. Until now I think it was one of the most successful things that Lor ever created.

Personally I don't like the look and wouldn't buy it myself.

Buf I do admire the effort that went into the conversion and I am sure that someone will appreciate it and buy it.

Not for £10k though....

Whoever did it has patience and skill, and I hope the owner did the work himself. The reason I say that is it would cost a fortune for someone else to do, and I suspect it's worth less than a standard car.

I don't know about the 'more power' but I'd guess the 'more talk' is probably the car incessantly saying 'why me?'

;-)

Its basically a CLC front end grafted on to a CLK Since they are both based on the W203 I guess it might be quite straightforward to a body man .

That just looks plain wrong.
