They dont look bad, but they are slightly larger as they fit over the wheel bolts.
I had some but took them off, as I had to change a wheel, and they had stuck them selves on.
Thank goodness she who must be obeyed wasnt driving .
Got a set of high quality wheels bolts from a member on here( none merc but far better quality )

i actually own the 2nd set you show and from that buyer and in black

at first i thought the little feckers would never come off or fall off

suprisingly they come off with a good tug and are really superb

i looked into the bolts first as they would obviously be better but these are just great as most people look at them and ask have i got 5 locking wheel nuts on each wheel

i always say yes

plus with black bolts they will eventually get worn after a few removals where as these wont and there is no down side to these at all

I doubt the covers will jam on as they are a friction fit but plastic so give as required.
These are exactly the same covers as fitted to VAG product cars and can be removed without issue on our VAG car.
The VAG tool is a bent wire to pull one side at a time and work them off.

They will probably look similar to the original chrome ended Mercedes bolts.

I bought a set of the chrome ones from a local motor factor this morning, they came with a large pair of tweezers that hook under the rim of the cover to pull them off and I would imagine they are all supplied with something similar.

You need some Chrome indicator bulbs GFP ! Get rid of the fried egg look !

I think there is a risk that any further corrosion of the bolts may cause the covers to jam on.
VX also used black plastic covers in the days of the MKII Cavailier, never any problems getting them off. Also if you do get any issues you just put the larger size socket on your wheel wrench and shred them  have seem this done by accident (not me though).
