I've had a mobile tyres fitter here to fit winter tyres to some spare wheels, and to fit them to the CLS (219). The tyres are fitted but the wheels aren't on because the rear wheel nuts aren't the right length?

I'm trying to fit these

In place of these

What wheel nuts do I need, the new wheels came with nuts so I can't understand why either these or the originals don't fit?

I don't think it would be possible to say...you have the wheels.

See how far the bolts poke through in the standard wheels and buy accordingly.

I can only go off what the tyre fitter told me so far, as it was dark by the time he'd finished. The wheels off the car are the same depth front and rear where the bolts go through, so I'll have to do the same check with the originals on the car.

How many different sized wheel bolts to MB make?

I think I've solved this. Standard bolts protrude through the new wheels the same distance as the original wheels.
Looks like my Event Tyres fitter wasn't near the front of the queue

But do the bolts actually screw into your hub...there are different diameters. Don't do so quick to write the guy off just yet.

For someone who didn't want to help you're quick to jump in, thanks for the support.

Of course I fitted a wheel to the car, duh!
