Hi

I recently had a new alloy and tyre fitted in and had it all the wheels alignment done...

I drove the car for literally 15 minutes and now i have a flashing explanation symbol in brackets..showing that i got a wheel sensor missing on the tyre that i replaced...

Any suggestions what this could be???

The tyre fitter may have somehow damaged the TPMS sensor? Or forgot to fit altogether and used a standard valve instead?

I think he must have forgot to fit it in..the reason why it was changed was bcuz all 3 of my tyres were all 18 inch alloys..but one was a 17 inch due to the vehicle being involved in an accident and waited to purchase an 18 inch..when the 18inch alloy arrived, i also purchased a part worn tyre as the tyre size on there was differant to the rest..wud the tpms sensor be ok to use from the 17inch alloy tyre on the new 18inch tyre that je provided?
