Had my wheels powder coated by this company and five times they have had to go back to be re done.
Once for runs, three times for so called curing problems (pitting) and then when i needed to have new tyres the powder coat crack from the vibration of the wheel nut gun.
Two weeks back i had new tyres on the back, had them remove the wheels by hand brace. The wheel was place on the jig and locked down,,, powder coat shatters again..
Complained to their head office about the poor standard and the coating not bring up to the job at their chester branch.
Told its my fault and basically because i had lost faith in the work carried out by chester then i had lost faith in them as a company .
They will not reply to emails or fix the problem.
So beware anyone going here.

Sorry that should read ,,The wheel specialist.
Or not so specialist in my case.

Not good although I have used the Manchester branck of the Wheel Specialist a few times with excellent results....

Might be worth the short trip to them instead as The wheel Specialist is a franchised outfit

Good luck

The Swindon branch did an excellent job on my 203 alloys.

The branch is now closed sadly....

They did a amazing job on one of may last cars dropped it off at 8 ready by 5 , powder coated and sealed back on car tyre off job. No masking and painting barrels and faces ...again this north London branch closed down.

The trouble is they are franchises so only as good as the people running the franchise.

As ChrisA said the Manchester branch are excellent. I have had five sets of wheels done by them and every set has been absolutely perfect and I am a fussy so and so.

I would contact Wheel Specialist head office and see if they will sanction you getting yours done properly at the Manchester branch.
