hi guys im wanting to upgrade my wheels with rh topline aa 9.5,19 on rear and 8.5,19 on front.for starters whatsize tyres would i need.. and would the ride and comfort factor differ much from the sstandaard 18,s... what offset, pcd should these wheels be, would it be ok on full lock etc... also could the car be lowered with these wheels.......thanks guys.

the offset is in your handbook - 42 iirc. pcd is std mercedes.... 18 -> 19" shouldnt be much different, and 8.5J on the front is standard on the CL version anyway.

RR 19x9.5 ET46 285/35R19
These are fine for most C140/W140 and would have been fitted to the lowered AMG versions of these cars. 5x112PCD 66.5mm centre bore.
Your RH dealer should sell you all the right kit. RH have Mercedes specific versions, but with all non-oem, expect compromises
