Hi mate, yeh your right my friend advertised it for me and the bumpers are standard. I edited the price to reflect it but i forgot to change the advert. Ill do it now. Thanks Jim

That is pretty decent of him.
Twice I have come across traders flogging off standard C140 coupes as 'AMG'. One got very poohy when I pointed out that it was standard (the car was otherwise pretty good, hence going to see it) and kept pointing to the AMG badge that was on the back. Even when I showed him an AMG catalogue with an AMG equipped C140, he still insisted that it was an AMG model and I did not know what I was talking about and a 'messer'.
I may stick an AMG badge to myself and become a limited edition too!

Aircon works fine , no rust.
Few 'parking dents' where the missus bangs the door on the edge of the worktop. Do you think it would sell better if i got them sorted out ?
Toyed with the idea of a full respray , but not sure whether to change the colour or keep it original

Fit a 'heritage grille' to the front and it will sell, no problem.

Rubber seal is good , was replaced with an OEM product just last year ...
Never thought of upgrading the interior light .....
I should start a poll ....
Xenon effect or Blue LED ?
Thinking about it , it already has a heritage grille .... in fact it has three of them , they are colour coded to the bodywork in a very fetching appliance white plastic coating.
It also has a frosted glass shelf , i'm not sure iff this would pass plods light transmission regs though.
