Which Comand unit is this? it's a CD Rom one from my 2003 CL500:

And also, does anyone know of any good AV input solutions for it?

Above is on example of an interface for Comand 2.0. You will need to check with them if it is compatible with your unit. Or search ebay for comand interface, a few on there.
