I am a bit confused on which type of Comand I have in my Smart. Apparently it is the same as the C Class >03/04 and the CLK >05/04. I have tried to get it to play MP3s but without any luck. The Navi disk I had been given was Version 2.1 (part no A169 827 16 59). I read on here that it needs Version 3 to get MP3 support, but I think that may be for another unit as I bought Nav Disk 4.0 and it doesnt work as it is for (CL, E, Maybach, S SL and SLK).
Can anyone advise on the capablities of this unit and I really want to play MP3s and get the video to be able to show something.
