Why cant I post a classified

Ive registered, verified my account, posted 30 posts and yet i still get the following when trying to create a new thread in the classifieds section. Ive been on here all night trying (to the disgust of my girlfriend!) Grrr

Can I say that I am glad that you have this policy and that you enforce it.

I am a member on the 190 forum where,in theory at least, we have the same policy.In practice however its never enforced.So we get new members on thier first post advertising their car for sale. Drives me mad.They are never heard from again.
