WiFi, internet connection

Hi need bit of a help/advice.
I have bought recently C Class 200 2019. I am unable to connect to Wifi or get internet connectivity in the car comand system. When I go to System>Connectivity I get only two options, bluetooth and wifi but not Wifi hotspot as shown on Mercedes website. In order to buy Vodafonedata plan I need to register over the wifi hotspot.
Ps. Is Android auto/CarPlay available on any car or need some sort of subscription/update.

Your car will have COMAND NTG5.5.

I don't know the answers to your questions, however just to say that Apple CarPlay and Android Auto were options, that may or may not have been specified by the first owner.

Run the VIN in a free VIN decoder online, and look for options 14U, 16U, and 17U.

If not fitted originally to the car, these options can be retrofited by a dealer or specialist.
