Window/Door Sync

Dear All,

New to the forum, I bought a CLK 320 about twelve weeks ago and up until this week, it has been fantastic.

However I have now noticed a fault with the passenger door. The windows do not drop when you open the door, therefore the window does not mesh with the window seal correctly when you close the door. I have noticed that when you press the door limit switch that you hear a relay click in the door, but the windows do not operate.

Any idea's?

Hiya Deano,
Welcome to the forum. Now I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination but we had problems with the windows of our CLK 320 as well. Have you tried disconnecting the battery, waiting for 10 mins or so and then re-connecting? We did this and the windows are now working perfectly.
I'm sure a proper boffin will be able to give you more tips if this didn't work!
