Can anyone recommend a window tinting company in the Preston area North West.

There's a guy in Kirkby Merseyside called tint wizard, probably 30 mins from Preston, excellent work and reasonably priced

Not used them myself but they do all the Merc dealer work for factory tints too.

Thanks, I'll give them a call, when I enquired with Mercedes they said it will affect the warranty and advised me not to do it.

Of course they did. Typical nonsense.
One, they use third party companies to do their own tinting and secondly what part of the warranty would it affect, the glass?
I think you'll be safe on claiming on that.
They probably want you to go through them on an order so they can charge double the cost and end up at the same place

I totally agree.

I contacted Tint Wizard and spoke to Ian, very helpful and informative and answered all my concerned questions, he said he did work for a certain Mercedes dealership which put my mind at rest, I will certainly go with him when time allows.

Had my glass tinted at Tint Wizard, spot on job and Ian was so easy to get on with, he made it look easy but it obviously isn't, I'm very pleased with the result, thank you all for suggesting him.
