Windscreen Washer

Hi

we have a E220 CDI 2008 and the problem we are having is that the wiper washer reservoir is leaking, any idea how to get to that

the 2nd issue is that the motor has stopped working, it used to work but when the water emptied and we tried it a few times it just stopped. could it be the motor or the fuse ?

any help would be appreciated
