Wireless Network Help

Im trying to set up a laptop so that my technician can print from my printer.

If i connect the laptop to my router with the cable then all is good, i can print...

however trying to use the wireless network it doesnt work... i cant connect to internet or see the other computers on the network... what am i doing wrong??

The computer does connect to the wireless network no problem..

Help!

BT... the rest of the computers are hard wired and working fine...

Did you get a cd from bt,if so i think you`ll need to play it on the laptop so it can install the prog thingy.

Does your laptop have a wireless link built in some older ones physically lack the little wireless board despite being "wireless enabled" or 2 is the wireless link switched off by software or some laptops even have a physical switch/button to do this

think ive sorted it.. .the network settings werent right.
