WIS &EPC access

Can someone help with making sense, how to get Wis or epc. I understand that Wis was off limits for sometime, but I was told that is back, is this true? Please share your experience
I have a clk2.3 kompressor with a mild idle iregularity and tiny hesitation on acceleration. The car has full service history. If any one interested please email me for a chat. I work as workshop technician at City college Brighton.

If you join the Official Club, you get access to EPC and WIS once your membership card turns up. The WIS link is (was?) no longer on the website but can be accessed from within EPC.

If you are running the older multi-electrode design plugs try changing to the equivalent newer design platinum iridium long life small centre electrode plugs - said to help with misfire/idle problems [ require less voltage to fire and stay clean longer] lot sof posts on this on the SLK forums in the states. I detailed this on a post on here some time back but can't seem to find it right now.
