I'm curious, in Russia, would he/she be likely to get stopped and fined/etc like someone would over here, or would a swift passing of cash solve the issue - or would the police even care? There seem to be far too many of these types of videos coming out of Russia involving crazy driving!

Good question! Technically that would be illegal and liable to a fairly large fine, but in some towns a few rubles in the palm and on your way...

I have actually gained from that myself, not long after I bought the car and was regularly driving in Russia, I made a silly mistake and was pulled. Long story short, some rubles later I was on my way....

Reminds me of when my dog finds a branch as big as she is and insists on bringing it home, funnier when she tries to get through the gate.
