I have seen a few people mention they have fitted an xpipe and i was wondering if they do one for the c320 cdi (w204). And what other mods would you advice? Thank you

If your Diesel is turbocharged an X-pipe is of no value for power gain.
Same applies to petrol turbo engines.

It may however change the tone of the exhaust note.

The purpose of an "X" or "H" pipe is to create a much better scavenging effect from the cylinders which results in a power gain.
The effect is only seen on normally aspirated engines with true dual exhausts.
"True dual exhaust" defined as two down pipes from the engine never converging into a "Y".
The two pipes can meet in a two in-two out silencer as the exhaust gas is not truly commingled.

The turbo compressor wheel is in between the cylinder exhaust outlet and the down pipe.
The compressor wheel spins from the exhaust gas and precludes any pulse/wave from a prior firing cylinder to scavenge the next firing cylinder.

So there is nothing for the v6 diesel models?

Take all the CATs out, and give it straight through pipes. It might get a bit smokey but it will sound great :D:D
