Yes or No ?

theres to much rubber on the rim on both wheels you need to get a larger set of wheels as big as you can afford

Hello

Ever since I bought my ML I've been after bigger wheels and have looked for now 2 years..still canot decide what to do.

I bought some 19" ones off a GL at one point, but the calipers meant they did not fit. SOld them for a profit. I've considered the new style 19" alloys off the sport MLs 164 but tyre size is ony 255 and I like the stance my current 275's give.

I'm tempted to go for 22" but know that really 20" is best of both worlds for ride / looks.

The ones I really like only seem available for the USA and I'm not paying silly money for them.

Will try and find a pic of the wheels I like, however in answer to your question I perfer neither...

Sorry

Ooo! I like those 22" Oz's :)

The 24" make the car almost cartoon like...

Maybe I am old-fashioned, but you can't beat OEM wheels IMHO.

Thanks for all the replys, It kinda reinforced what I thought, but I really like the chunkiness of the stance that the wheel produce, I am not really into the bigger wheels are better brigade, it is a working vehicle that goes into the mud three or four times a week (as you could tell from the state of it in the pictures) I prefer the rugged style. anyone got any ideas or even better a wheel and tyre swap?
