However....

Why is the steering wheel so damn big and ugly. I drove an S350cdi recently (hire car) and it was like turning a ships wheel!

I work in Kensington and spend lots of time walking around the surrounding areas, Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Chelsea etc. I see lots of cars like this and in general it's owned by a middle eastern sheikh or Russian oil tycoon. They buy cars like this for when they rock up for a few weeks of the year to gamble in the casinos, drink in the wine bars and clubs and enjoy the prostitutes on offer, they then scoot off home in their private jets for a few weeks before coming back to do it all again.

Hence the low mileage. Reminds me of the A124 in white which was for sale a good few months ago, was originally bought by middle eastern royalty and Bearley used over the next 20 years, it was like new.
