Car told me the other day to top up with a Litre of oil at next refuel. MB tell me that i need Mobil 1 0W-40. So went to buy it when filling up at a Shell, and they only have Shell Helix. Anyone know which garages i can get mobil from rather than hae to go to Halfords??
As the title suggests really, my 2004 S55k has always had Mobil 1 0w-40 engine in it when ever its been serviced, but recently the light has come asking to add 1.0 litre of oil. Iv checked via the dipstick and sure enough its at the bottom of the stick.

About to purchase some oil for my C32 AMG in case it ever needs any between services (My M5 certainly did!). Will probably also supply it to the dealers for services.
Where do you get your from? Halfords seems the least painless way unless you know better :D
