560sel

I have just bought a 560SEL with rusty arches, but otherwise, after driving it for a week, seemingly ok - and stupidly rapid for what it is. I see Mr D 124 is putting wide arches on his S124 which I think is going to look great, and that got me thinking, what would a wide arched W126 look...

Does anyone know if a 560 SEL wing is the same or wider than that of a 420 or 500? Any ideas on where to get some would be good too. Thanks a lot.

What do these letters stand for, &/or represent?? So far I have learned that "E" is "Einspritzung" which is German for Injection, But why does it appear as E200 & 200E?? Is there a Legend which decodes all the letters used by Mercedes?? this would be very helpful! :thumb::thumb:
