So I got a used Mercedes and you have to enter a code into it to get the radio to work, I called up customer care and gave them the VIN number and they gave me a radio code which doesn't work, which means this wasn't the original radio apparently, so I bought some radio keys took the radio out...

I am currently stripping a manual c230 kompressor and want to put the gearbox into another c230 kompressor wich as an auto is there any parts I need besides the obvious like ecu etc and are the diffs the same ratio?

As per the title really. Did not appreciate just how much trim removal that I would have to do, but totally worth it as I now have bluetooth handsfree and ipod/iphone, usb and 3.5mm music connectivity in my w202! Plus wanted to say a huge thank you to Shude for his 'How to' guide on fitting...

Got another problem with the old girl, Starts fine on cold and runs well but just before the 80 mark on the temperature gauge it stalls on idle, its the 2.3 supercharged on a 98 s plate auto, anyone got any ideas, i am hoping its a sensor :dk:
