2004 Mercedes CLK 55 AMG Silver?

Whats the difference between these 2 models, other than visually? Is the engine/gearbox, suspension the same? C55 is gonna get traded in, as its burning loads of oil, love the look of the CLk55, and I need 4 seats, otherwise id have a SLK55. Not ready to go back to a 4/6 cylinder yet.

Hi everyone, Have been looking at prices to service the old girl and have spoke to mercedes about the air filters. They can supply 2 genuine airfilters which are AMG specific for £70, but I can get them from euro car parts for £16, Does anybody know if these so called AMG specific air filters...
