How would be the best way to paint my chrome (stainless steel??) grille in a matt black colour? Would it be best to sand, acid etch primer, normal primer then top coat? Any advice much appreciated.:thumb:

My grille is split in 2 places so now proud owner of a new one courtesy of Nick at Euromerc. Anyone any idea on how to replace the old one please as Haynes manulal gives no info at all.:( All suggestions much appreciated.:thumb:
