Whats the little dial on the inlet manifold?
I have been cleaning my new car (engine bay) and found a little dial on the right hand side, I think its something to do with the inlet manifold. It was on 70% and showing red but I twiddled it and it's gone back to 0. Is it similar to a device on my tractors that tell you if the air cleaner is...- G-A-R-Y

help:W203 C270 dirt/oil on the turbo air inlet manifold
What can be? I've asked the dealer to change the inlet manifolt due to the fact there was dirty/oily in on the turbocharger inlet, on the air suction manifold I mean. Now after some days and few kilometers, it seems me that the dirt is again!:mad: What could be? Car have only 25000km... -

Inlet Manifold
How much do you reckon a brand new inlet manifold would cost fitted for a C270CDi . I have been told my non acceleration / turbo not kicking in ( see thread below ) problem is down to a knackered inlet manifold that needs completely replacing with a new one. Any guesstimates ?? -
Oily inlet manifold and pipes.
WARNING DIRTY PICTURES! After all the talk of MAS problems, I thought I would take a look at mine: As you can see, there is not much to it. Looks like a diode/resistor type thing. You can see in the picture that mine is very oily, so I thought I would see where the oil was coming...
