I had a small diesel leak , have been recommended to change the lines. Car was serviced yesterday - asked them to look at it - they say there is a leak from the shutoff valve. Couple of threads say you can change the o ring - better option than £130 plus labout to change the valve.

hi lads, ive tinted my rear window (mercedes c w202) but the demistor lines and the window matrix are pissing me off cuz from the outside its not a plain black window but many brownish lines running through and on the edges the tint aint on properly.

Occasionally, my TFT monitor which is in the my car develops thin vertical coloured lines.
What would cause this?
The screen is attached to the ceiling for rear passengers.

Are stainless braided lines worth it on cars? I've always had them on my bikes, but the bikes have needed them. My hoses are looking a bit tired and will be due replacement soon.

Can anyone tell me if bleeding the brake lines on my 92 300sl with ABS is like bleeding a normal braking system or is it under a lot of pressure due to the ABS? thus requiring specialist equipment.
