repeaters

Does anyone know if facelift side repeaters will fit straight onto a pre-facelift W202?

How difficult is it to change side repeaters on a W124 coupe. Mine has the standard orange ones but I believe there are clear ones on the very last ones made. Has anyone done this and can give some quick steps ? I'd rather have some idea before I start with the hammer and chisel !!

Thought I would be a cheapskate earlier and manually spray the side repeaters of my pre-facelift W202 with a tint spray. Not very pleased with the result though as it looks too cheap. Any suggestions where I can get a replacement set in either clear or smoked? Found a couple of eBay.de...

Would a pair of smooth side repeaters (like in the pic below) fit onto a W124 without leaving any gaps around the edge? How can I remove the existing repeaters from my W124 - are they stuck on and need to be pulled off, or is there a screw somewhere?? Thanks guys and gals (doesn't seem to...
