revs

I have a 1997 S500. I have a small problem with the car. When i'm at speeds above 35mph and i let go of the accelerator the revs drop down slightly (just as they should) but after 6-7 secs the revs jump up 200 revs without prodding the accelerator. The problem happens despite what gear the car...
