I need to paint some of the door tops on my 210 and would like to know how to remove the rubber. Has anybody done this, or can you point me towards any instructions?

Does anybody know where to get and the part number for the rear anti roll bar bushes on a w203 c180k coupe. I have googled arb bushes and can only find the front ones.
