The windscreen was lifted off my G Wagon overnight! I have NEVER heard of such a crime - does this happen often?! Also the bleedin' thieves left the road tax holder (which had a few previous discs in it) but took the actual valid tax disc too. WTF!!!!!! :crazy::mad::mad::mad::mad:

So it's the 4th Jan and someone points out to me that my tax expired in December :doh:. A roadside call to the wife and it's renewed online at 7.00pm. Thick or what :dk:.

I am concerned that it will drive traffic away from the safer Motorways to the less-safe A and B roads. I have seen this happen in France and Italy where in some areas the toll roads are virtually empty and the local roads are packed with traffic (and accidents). What do you think?
