Perhaps it is just me getting used to it but does your W124 have a fair bit of throttle pedal travel before the engine responds, and then when it does there is quite a surge? I am thinking that my throttle linkage might need greasing?

When I activate navigation, the "Travel Guide" is not highlighted and cannot be accessed. I have the latest navi disc which apparently has the requisite information. There is nothing in the manual. Any assistince would be greatly appreciated.
