vibration

i have a 2004 Viano Ambiante 2.2 cdi, when driving i get a vibration through the car on decelleration, also when i am driving up slight gradients in cruise control it vibrates, if i accelerate or take it out of cruise it goes, any help

Quite difficult to explain but, when accelerating vibration starts at the rear for a few seconds, either accelerate harder, or slow down it will dissappear, car drives perfectly, can anyone advise what it could be, car has been to garage, they do not know what it is, HELP
