Is it possible to type in a word doc, and the words you are typing are replicated somewhere in the same doc?:confused: Maybe linked text boxes??

Is there a way of extracting names and addreses from several Word documents. The format of the Word documents is the same, and the data is recorded in a Word table in each doc. We want to create a mailing list. Any help would be appreciated,:D

A friend at work just asked me I fyou can recover a file after you save over it. His g/f has done a 3000 word essay then re typed a file and the saved rather than saving as.. Can you recover the file or is she going to have to re type it. Cheers Shaun

Not sure if I should know how to do this? Have created a cover letter for clients in word, including a couple of pictures and would like to send it as an email. Tried using the email function of word but it just jumbled up the pictures and messed up the layout! Any ideas please?
