'08 C63 Size

Just had some new tyres put on the rears but not 100% sure they are the correct size. 255/35/19 Right?

I believe they are supposed to be 255x30x19

If your fronts are 35 profile then the rears are wrong.

Front tyres 235/35/19
Rear tyres 255/30/19

Yes, but i wonder if they read the right size BUT for the wrong diameter.
