124 Windscreen Washer Nozzle Removal

Does anybody have instructions for removing these little blighters from the bonnet - please!

As far as I remember, after unclipping the plastic shroud and wrenching off the hose, it was simply a matter of wiggling the body upwards to overcome the small checks which hold it to the underside of the bonnet - that is, you are pushing from the inside to the outside rather than try levering it off from the outside!

That doesn't sound particularly clear or helpful but if I could do it, it was pretty straightforward and simple...
