A question about 17” wheels. I have a 2016 W212 350d with the AMG sportpack, 18” five spoke wheels and it has normal suspension (not sport). Over the winter I ran it on 17” winter wheels and the ride was noticeably plusher. I’m influenced towards comfort over sportiness and would prefer a good set of staggered 17” wheels if possible as the rear 17” wheels look a bit lost in the rear arch.

Do such a set of wheels exist? Or would a rear spacer on the back do the job.

The set up of the older Avantgarde model would have suited me, but there no later models knocking around as the dealers stocked up on the sportier alternatives as the model series ran out.

As always, very grateful for any guidance.

The link below shows all the OEM alloys for your W212 E-class. https://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/mercedes_alloy_wheels/e_class_saloon_w212_alloys

If you see a style and size you like, make a note of the Part # and see if there are any sets for sale on eBay unless you want a brand new set. Get a price from the main dealer if you want new as they can often beat alloywheelsdirect with pricing.
