i have the chance of a 1989 190 20ltr with no mot but in fair con.now the thing is it has a 16v bodykit wood steering wheel & a set of merc alloys is it worth 200 even if i scrap it thanks

If you can remove the kit properly, and retain most of the clips, you should get £150+ for it as long as it retains the Tow Eye cover and hasn't been significantly damaged.
The four arch trims could be bonded on, or bolted. Would be good to find out.
Colour plays a part too.
Wood steering wheels do not belong in these cars, but you may well find a buyer. Expect to sit on it for some time.
The alloys - depends on the type, and tyres.
