That seat needs removed though. If it had a proper fixed back seat things would be so much better. Then a cage and a plumbed in extinguisher as Will says.

The SLS is totally shot. Its on it's ****. THat car needs lotrs of cash throwing at it.££££££££££££££££££££££

I use my 2.5-16V for track-days , I take as much of the interior out as possible , including the spare wheel and tools , the pads are EBC Greenstuff and I use Dot 4 fluid . I also now have a set of track-only Michelin Sport Cup tyres which are on Lorinser 15" wheels , but they give about the same grip as Toyo TR1's on my Evo 1's . ( Now sadly totally shouldered , after about 1000 track-laps including 100 laps around Hockenheim )
I have lowered the car too and changed the springs for Spax .
