190 too clean looking?

It's nice,as said would be nicer in another colour,I like it.

No AC, tilt steering wheel or 153bhp as claimed. I'd be amazed if he's getting 37 mpg on his commute.

If the bloke has all the original paperwork why can't he spell 'Carat Duchatelet'?

Maybe he has taken cleanliness a bit beyond that car...

:D

Aren't they supposed to have cream coloured dials?

It's a standard 190E 2.6 with a CD bodykit, no other CD bits.

Hi Helen,

I just happen to have an old brochure for 190's right by me. There is a special bit for Carat by Duchatelet. Indeed it does show the interior with a four spoke steering wheel and cream dials.

It does say and I quote - Successful Duchatelet conversions vary from a highly elegant to a sporty look.

So I wonder if there are " layer of spec" within the Duchatelet range.

It's not even that, it's a 2.0.

Oops, I was a bit premature there, I didn't notice the next page.

I have a set of those seats in my shed , will be for sale soon but as the last set went for 500 Euro on eBay de they won't be cheap !!!! Soo much better than the cossie leathers

Shame it doesn't have CD wheels, love the chunky 5 spoke design...used to have a 16" set fitted on my 190 and regretted selling them every day...
