Looks like it. It's certainly not the original seating, and it won't have had inertia belts originally either, if it had any at all.

That's about the oddest donor/recipient transplant combination I've ever seen.

Looks to be a W116 interior. Actually quite a good idea, better than the 15mpg that the old 327 would return

That will have come from cuba. The USA won't trade with cuba so when when their cars break they use european parts to fix them. Cars like this are common there.
