The period alloy wheels don't look right, I think they might be replicas.

Would they have looked "something" like that? Who made alloys back then, Penta?

The proper wheels for that car (though I don't think they were available in 1970) are the Baroque wheels, which these are similiar to.

I guess he's sold the wheels for a tidy sum and now wants the original value for the car.

Still a nice car of it's type. I love those stacked headlamps.

I was also told about the probs with the carbs / choke, but was told that the car starts and could be driven away. Not what it says on the ebay ad.
