1994 Brabus 3.6

Something does not look right. No Leather, exhaust not right, is it really a Brabus?

No idea, the guy claims its 3.6L. Maybe just the engine has been modified?

Now, I ma no expert on Brabus (or MB for that matter! :D ), but that looks very plain to me, and not what I would expect a Barbus to look! Maybe its just me, I dunno.

Its got a different front bumper (probably brabus), but the normal rear bumper and lack of skirts is odd.

Thats the period Brabus exhaust, klp92 had the same one on his 124.

It looks like a "retro" half unfinished Brabus to me. For the W202 Brabus did not do that angular exhaust apart from specifically for the W124 and R129 range...

I very much doubt that that W202 is a genuine Brabus conversion and it looks rather odd.

I saw a brabus w203 in gorners just before my 320 went and that was standard!!!

The car had cloth seats, normal head lights, manual steering wheel, seat adjustment!!!!!!!! other than the 19 inch wheels and b on the wheel and console, it looked (inside) like a classic c180!

So, i think it is..... but it does have a star on the front. Now, I am sure brabus removed all mb markings from thier cars?

Hmm, it's right hand drive but the 'mileage' is 139,000km

Japanese import? Can't think of anywhere else off the top of my head with RHD and km.....unless it's actually 139,000 miles trying to be passed off as 80odd thousand miles.......

Hes putting some on later - it does have a brabus lump and he does have documentation for it.

My Brabus is a full factory car with everything changed for Brabus parts.
The paper work I have is like a menu where you can pick the Brabus bits you want. 1990 prices 11k for the engine, 2.4k for the leather
There are many cars around with just the engine, or body kits ect.

The question is how much and what do you have to change before the cars can be called a Brabus

I feel that the engine should be modified to be able to call it a Brabus.

I would agree with that statement.

I also e-mailed the guy and he claims that he has all of the Brabus documentation for the car and a full service history.

In terms of the KPH speedo, I can only assume its a Japanese import or could it be from Cyprus?

Now relisted. £2,000 starting bid with reserve. He has added an engine photo, the bay looks modified although not a detailed photo and cant see BRABUS anywhere, although it probably is one. Not sure what to make of it, probably a bargin for someone out there.
