Hi gents!

My first post :). I`ve got my CLK 320 SPORT few month ago. I have message come up "service due now". Just wondering how much roughly it will cost and what sort of checks they gonna do?. My cars milleage i 70k and I`m taking it for service on wendesday to MB dealer. Any info welcome.

Its all in your service book.

It will be either an A or a B service.

At this mileage you are likely to have to change the plugs, unless they were done at the last service....expensive as they are long life plugs.

If it were me, and taking into account the age of your car, I would get the car serviced at a good Mercedes Specialist.

A basic A Service at an MB dealer will be @ £200 and a B service @ £400 and thats without considering the plug change, new discs and pads or brake fluid change.

Mercedes will charge you £300 plus vat and the cost of the plugs at £9 each (plus vat). Not a dealership cheap job. Most people like myself charge considerably less.
