2.3 16v engine strip down

Does any one have any info on the strip down or build of this engine, as im having not much luck in finding any.

What exactly do you need to know? As a guide Haynes are ok(ish).

Yeah i have looked in the haynes book it helps a bit but the engine is compleaty different to the others,
I need to get to the tenshion rail as the chain is sometimes slack and sometimes taut,
and the timing unsets its self when trying to start the engine.
