2.3 16v help

Any one know where i can get a workshop manual for a 2.3 16v cosworth 190e. I bought it as a non runner for the body kit but i would like to fix it.

Just a a bit of an update of the above link, it's now:

We have several 16v owners and I remember that a few of them have purchased service manuals, I cannot remember at the minute whey thet got them from though.
